Every year, we train all of our team in practice wide work systems. Our training plans are reviewed once a year. This ensures that you receive your care from a highly qualified team.
We welcome feedback from our patients and take action on any relevant comments. Where relevant, we aim to deal with any complaints promptly in order to ensure the matter is resolved quickly and effectively.
