Following the Prime Minister's announcement on the 4th January, we are still open for all dental procedures. All scheduled appointments will therefore go ahead as booked, so there is no need to phone us to confirm your appointment. However, if your Covid status changes, please do let us know so that your appointment can be rescheduled.
We would like to reassure our valued patients that we continue to provide dental care in a COVID-SAFE environment. However, if you would prefer to defer a previously planned appointment until the current period of lockdown restrictions end, then please do not hesitate to let us know.
From an increase in our protective measures (in the form of increased PPE) and an increase in our infection control measures to an increase in the amount of time between appointments (so that we are able to spend more time 'deep cleaning' our surgeries between patients); we have changed the ways in which we work in order to ensure the safety of our team and of our valued patients - but please be assured, our friendly team is still as dedicated as ever to also ensuring you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst in our care. Please note: due to the increase in our cross infection control measures, we have less appointments available on a daily basis and are running with reduced/ staggered opening times.
